This is my comment and objective evaluation on MATE DAY :
Mr Madani 'the businessman',has left the classroom for 3 years now !!!! what would be expected from him? Lwach o lkdoub,
The laziest teachers ever ' Mr MIMOUN' was there to teach us the importance of drinking ICE TEA sorry using ICT in the classroom ,I tell him that we"'classroom practitioners" have got only ten minutes of break for ICE T."we are suffering from bounded class-forms to tackle with, adding to 10 units to finish on time with the constraints of floppy shuddered holidays, unexpected and hollow day-trainings, plus strikes" there is no room for ICEtea.
Mr AARAB who has never satisfied the supervisor with his poor teaching,came up with '' reflective classroom observation" to teach Mrs AFTAT a lesson!!! فهم يالفاهمfham yalfahm!!!
" don't believe in while that a supervisor like AFTAT is supposed to be a guide, a helper and a teaching facilitator.she needs to be instructed herself and taught on how to deal with new teaching method based on standards."
Tell me Mr A9WAWCH !!? what do you teach your students? tell the truth!! have you ever done your job as it should be done??? I know u !! the worst teacher ever born!!!
Please don't lie on us as you do on your poor students!!! You poor teachers who keep on runing away from the classroom!!! go back to learn and let us do our job!!!

i'm so sorry that teachers of English inspite of helping each other and learning from each other:they are just insulting those teachers whave done great works for the sake of all teachers.It's a pity that those who arebarking on the site were unable to open thei mouths with one word only in the day of "MATE DAY' that's because they nothing;negative,escapists,passive,caward,sneakersamong others who didn't dare to be present because they have nothing tosay and afraid to be noticed that they are zero.Conserning the teachers who you keep criticising you know well within yourselves that thes are the heroes of Mate and pillars of the association who you can't dare murmure in thei presence.By the way Mr.Aarab who you claimed has never satisfied his suprvisor he is among teachers who has exellent rapport with his supervisor and considered among the conprtent ones that's why he had the honour to attend many C.A.P.ES. t o evaluate biginners and parasites like you .Mr lamdaghri have taught you how touse tecknology in teaching to improve learning but it seems that you are among those people who wants to keep teaching laging behind and give in to laziness and profitting from salaries for no effort.Get sure that if Ministry of Education take serios steps to fire those who can't keep up with the change you will be the first.Remember tha you don't desrve to be a student,let alone to be ateacher or assss.

I'm a student from al fatwaki.i want to say that both Mr.AARAB AND Mr.LAMDAGHRI ARE EXELLENT TEACHERS.I LOVE THEM

the mate day was organized by its members for the objective to open new opportunities for teachers to exchange ideas and experiences relevant to teaching hand in hand with other branches in the country are doing .however it seems it is not the case in nador where unfortunately some teachers are resistant to change and keep critisizing instead of participating in the change .therefore it is obvious that these teachers are apart from the past.
It is really a shame to read such a comment full of grammar and spelling mistakes done by a teacher who is supposed to teach english!!!
teachers in other areas are working together and they reached high results through collaboration for instance agadir mate branch while in nador we are lagging behind because of junk teachers like you!

i am a student from el fatwaki;we are proud to work with our teacher mr lamdaghri who taught us how to use ict in learning .a lot of teachers were present and we all benifited from such a good and fruitful way of teching .you are my best teacher

just go ahead mate members !!and let the cowards swim in dirty water!!!
